T, The National Council of the Nptionalist Party of Chile met on 1. April .194,9
at, Salle Coquimbo 1262, entiago, CWi Ie. Hedilberto Bizame 'erino presided
over the meeting which was attended by fifteen national councilmen.
The most important discussion centered on a letter received from, Luis S. Gatica99
chief of the Valparaiso Nationalist Party organization in which Bizama rerino
was censured for not having supported the Flispano=.American Nationalist Movement
and for not having taken a more active role in the recent congressional elections
Bizama L"erino considered these accusations to be exceedingly grave, and claimed
them to be the result of the recent activities of Luis Calls and Edgidlo
Bachi. These two persons are members of the revolutionary Nationalist group
known as "Ultra" which believes in close collaboration with'Argentine Nationalist
End .11o Gutierrez Herrero in the formation of a coordinated Latin Merican
Nationalist movement. Orlando Espinoza and Julio Vallejo: Urbina were chosen
