:I.. N'ikola. Spolakhov and Lydia Spolakhova, Soviet diplomats, carrying
passports NNoo 15963 and No. 15964 respectively, issued at Moscow on
27 January 1949, arrived in Rome on 29 march and left on 1 April 1949
for Cairo
2. Vadino Dolionov, Soviet diplomat, carrying passport Noa 018958 issued
at Moscow on 18 February 1949, arrived at-`he Ciatapino Airport, Rome,
on 5 April 1949. He was accompanied by his wife and stated that he was
in transit and intended to take lodgings at the Soviet Fnbassy, Rome.
3. Vladimir, Kroknin, Soviet diplomat, carrying passport No. 14412 issued
at Moscow on 3 March 1949, arrived at the Ciampino Airport, Rome, on
1.1 April 1949 from Prague. He was accompanied by his wife and two
children. He stated that he was in transit and would-be staying at
the Soviet Embassy.

The following Soviet diplomats arrived at the Ciampino Airports Rome,
on 18 April 1.949 from Prague, stating that they were in transit and could
lodge at the Soviet i 1easy:
15509) issued at Moscow on 4 October 1948, arrived at the Ciampino
.Airports Rome, from Beirut on 14 April 1949. He stated that he was
in transit and w uld lodge at the Soviet ibassy. On 15 April 1949
he departed by air for Prague.
Anatoli e hokanovski, Soviet diplomat, carrying passport No. 15449
issued at Moscow on 2 September 1948, arrived. at the Ciampino
Airport, Ro.'~e, from Beirut on 1 April 1949. He dthl red that
he was in transit and would lodge at the Soviet,Fiabasay. On 15
