After this Genera/ Asseebly, to establish an "Inner Mongolian Autonomy Preparatory Committee." c. To bola the General Assembly -meeting in Sanheingkung(.-- shan Banner. d. To elect reprenennatieres at the General Assemble to be sent to Nanking to request autenomy for Moegolie, 06 To raise funds from the local areas after the compilation of a temporary bndget. 2.
