1. On 4. and 5 April 19W ,Prince TE convene& a conference in Alashan Banner
0.05-36, 36-48) which was attended by the varlovs Mongol league and banner
heads of Ulanjap League, Tehejo :.aeanue, Alashan Xanner and others, in all,
about 21 leaders. incluAing Prince TA, Dagwaooser and others. The following
resolutions were made at thfs conferences
a. To convene a Oeneral Aseembly of Mongol leaders in the Northwest about the
end of April 1941.
b. After this Genera/ Asseebly, to establish an "Inner Mongolian Autonomy
Preparatory Committee."
c. To bola the General Assembly -meeting in Sanheingkung(.--
shan Banner.
d. To elect reprenennatieres at the General Assemble to be sent to Nanking to
request autenomy for Moegolie,
06 To raise funds from the local areas after the compilation of a temporary
bndget.
