Italnol Firm
1t, The Italpol firm was constituted on 27 April 1946 with headquarters at 4
Piazza De Ferrari, Genoa. The ostensible purpose of the firm is to deal
in the import and export of products between Italy and Poland. The capital
of the firm is 50,000 lire. The firm was organized by the following named
individuals:
a. President: lng. Joseph Victor Dubienski, born at Pelz? Poland,
on 20 November 1896, domiciled at 5/10 Via Carfare,
Genoa;
b., Counsellor: Giuseppe Cavalleri, born at Genoa on 23 March
1898, domiciled at 35/12 Corso Magenta, Genoa,
a businessman with offices at 7/9 Piazza Scuola
Pie Genoa. He is alsorresident of the Marmadesia
Firm with headeuarters at 33 Piazza Piacenza,
Glelavari; and
e. Counsellor: Mario De Garibaldi, born at Genoa on 13 January
1892, domiciled at 46/10 Corso Firenze, Genoa,
a businessman and Vice Consul of Ecuador in
Genoa. During the Fascist period he was Mayor
of Crocefiecchi (Genoa) where he is well known.
On 31 January 1949 he departed with his wife for
France
2. The real purpose of the firm and of Dubienski?s activity is allegedly
to see to it that the profits of the firm are turned over to the ICI
25X1A2g through one Augusto Doro 1111111111. Thus far the activitied of Do
Garibaldi and-Cavallieri are unknown. However, it has been ascertained
that they do not know of the ties between Dubienski and Dora.

The Italpolcarbo firm was constituted on 9 March 1949 and has its
headcluarters at Piazza Soziglia, Genoa. The capitalization of the
firm is 20,000,000 lire and is sub-divided into 1000 shares of 20,000
lire each,, The sheres are distributed among various groups as fellows:

6., The following were named deputy trustees:

7. The compensation of the trustees (limited to the first year of
activity which will terminate on 31 December 1949) was established
as follows:
President: 60,000 lire Trustee: 40,000 lire
8. The constitution indicates that Augusto Doro represents the Polish
firms in Italy and is in partnership in this enterprise with Dr.
Franco Antolini. Antolini was reportedly designated by the
Secretariat of the Genoa PCI on orders of Hon. Second() Pessi
to take care of the financial needs of the PCI in conformity
with the orders of Cominform leaders of Warsaw. Dora is
considered to be the actual organizer of the Italpolcarbo firm.
9. Personalities:
A. Dr. Franco Antolini, boen at Porto Maurizio (Imperial), 11
September 1907, Doctor of Economic and Commercial Science,
haa his office and home at 2 a/14 Via Caffaro, Genoa. He
is a eommunal counsellor, inscribed in the PCI and Secretary
of the Businessmen of Genoa.
b, Dr. Francesco Mort-111am, born at Trapini on 16 August 1898,
living at 12/12 Corso Andrea Podesta? Genoa, is director of
the Consorzio Carbonifero Italiano with headquarters at 1/8
Piazza Camperto. He is a form ee Naval Captain called up in
1940 and kept on duty until the day of liberation. During
the Fascist period he held the post of head of the Administration
Office of the Marine Division and was inscribed in the Fascist Party.
c. Ettore Ghirardo, accountant, born at Genoa on 12 March 1907,
living at 14/16 Via Guerrazzi, Genoa, is head accountant of
Ansaldo.
U0 Dr. Augusto Donazzi, born in Genoa on 31 March 1909, living
at 33/6 Via Casaregis, Genoa, a Doctor in Economic and
Commercial Science, has a commercial office of his own.

ha a been living in Milan since 30 January 1931.
f. Carlo Giuseppe Bossola? accountant, born at Genoa on 22

businessman, is domiciled at 11 Via Accinelli, Genoa.
h. Second? Biagio Pessi? born at Asti on 15 January 1905,

IC. It has also been reported that Doro recently received orders from
Varem to contact Hon. Luigi Longo and 'Aiancarlo Palette for the
pur:oose of stimulating activity in Italian industrial circles in
order to increase the level of profits in the transactions which
lre concluded through the company managed by Doro. Doro, in
uvhasizini; this order, added that large sums are necessary to
strengthen Greek rebel army formations which, in the spring,
will find themselves ready to begin a large scale attack. In
addition, Doro said it was necessary to organize z, cl.w,destine
systea of maritime shipping to furnish the Greek rebels with large
=entities of food stuffs.
Th,. liaison between Home and Warsaw is reportedly one Spartaco
Vannonig who resides at 35 Ul. Nowy Swiat? Warsaw. Vannoni is said
to be a relative of Hon. Eugenio Reale.
