It was quested that the Pap,-).I Decree be read and discussed with the conradoe in the factories and in sport centers. The effect of this decree on women is to be especially observed. The meeting was told that the Dim ntorate of the PCCh :intended to rake no decision for the momenta, since it is awaiting now information from I rope.. It was stated that the local Committee would distribute information to the cells within the week which could to used as a basis' for theoretical discussion. of Chile (PCCh) to discuss the recent Papal Decree of 'reortnunication.
