A large number of Communist troops, said to have come from the area around
Lungkou (120--20, 37-46), are assembling outside Tsingtao at Chengyang
(120-21s 26-18) and Liuting (120-24, 36--16). The troops are commandeering
half of the houses in the area, and the dispossessed families have to move
in with other families.
