THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
In Topola, southeast of Belgrade, recently construct.ad subterranean
cellars are stocked to cap&4?city with arms and ammunition. The entire
town area is off limits to foreigners and '.Yugoslav civilian visitors.
The community and vicinity are guarded by TJDB units.
2. The same situation prevails in the vicinity of Avala, where are housed
deep underground ammunition dumps, carefully guarded by units of the
Yugoslav Army and UDB.
3. In late ,September the railroad bridge at Pancetvo was rained for emergency
destruction.
I. In mid August, an unidentified tank division established headquarters
in Pancevo, in the former Fischgr nd department store, hitherto
occupied by the UDB. From then until 18 September, there were con-
siderable troop movements through the town in the direction of
Bela Crvka.
