Comment: It was previously reported that all militant
members of the Party should register addresses to verve as illegal or cover
addresses throughout the country. These addresses should be those of friends
who were not members of the PCCh. The addreses of obscure or unknown
Communist militants were also to he used, but the correspondence sent to
them was to be addressed to their mothers or sisters.
