in conformance with standards of reliability and class-conscious-
ness. Fpecial'pains must be takQn to conceal the identity of
Apparat workers, even from other party mAmbPrs0 A further
responsibility of the mess agitation functionary will be the
training of A pparat members for their special task,
Once the Information service performs flawlessly, small agitation
teams will bc' activated and committed in the plant. These teams
will be charged with the task of starting exemplary discussions,
designed in every respect skillfully to acquaint the indifferent
segment of the staff with the party line. These teams should be
staffed particularly with qualified graduates of district and shop
group party schools
6. The two branches of Abteilung .+,assenagitation, information and
agitation, can at a later stage be amalgamated by the district
group Into a special Agitationsaktiv, to be kept available for-
special assignments.
