THIS IS. UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
1? The air-raid siren toners on the outskirts of Bucharest are constructed of four
to six inch timbers. The so structures are approximately fifteen feet square at
the base and eight feet square at the top,, -varying in height from thirty to
forty-five feot0 A black crudoly-.built box, eighteen inches by eighteen inches
by four feet, apparently empty, is placed at the top of each tower, A rung
type Ladd it leads to a lci er platform approximately fifteen feet above the
grout ? A smaller ladder loads to the platform Where the box is plaeed0 On
the ground at the base of each structure, apparently in the goasiatrio center,,
a concrete block resembling a surveyor's benchmark has been placed
2, Those tccrers are apparently scattered at rendawn around the outskirts of
L' icharost.. Those examined vrere approximately one kilometer apart.
