1o Behind the Kazanlek airfields, at a place called Turbo (unidentified) there
are 60 heavy Russian, T. 45 tanks. They are painted a silvery grey color and
have red stars on them. Uo crews are present but the tanks are guarded by
sentrie B
2. At the 2 Tank Division Headquarters in Kazanlek there are two Russian
Generals as well as one Bulgarian General.
3. At the Kazanlek Arsenal where about 6,000 workore are working day and night.,
in three shifts of 2,9000 each, there are 40-50 Russian specialists.
