3. The '%nvoa-" regular division headquarters is based at Tirana; the commanding
officer has recently changed,, but the n of the new ccu:izr',andin officer is
not known. One regiment of this division is located in the Poshkop-Tropo je
area, another is believed to be in Tirana, and tho third in the Korce-
Gjinokaster re6ion.
4. There is no Albanian Air Force.
5. The Naval Coastal Conmand headquarters is located at Tirtxa.
6. One unspecified brigade is based at Vlone, under the oocamsnd of Colonel
Gjeli. Argjiri.
74. Each division is composed of three regiments, total strength not more than
6,000 men. A brigade, co:iposod of two regiments, is under the direct eon-
trol of the General Staff.
8. I3Iigher Grade Soviet officers are assigned at the General Staff level; Soviet
advisors are also assigned to each division.
