1. The Bolivian Trotskyite party, the Partido Obrero Rovolucionario (P(1t), is re-
ported to be receiving funds from ::exico for its operations in Bolivia. Liost
of the money is in United states ten dollar bills, and is transmitted concealed
between pa es of a book. The pages are glued together at all edges when the
bills have boon placed between them A book prepared in this r>anner would simply
appear upon casual observation to have been freshly printed, with the pages yet
uncut. A large number of bills can be successfully hidden in one volume in this

2. The packages of books are prepared in .:oxico City and boar the return address of
Jorge Santiago, Lua3 t r , Apnr .ado 92.40, exico, D.F. They are cant to
small bookshops in La Paz and Cochabamba, which have nade arrango nt to deliver
then to Pd;, headquarters. T .'ac books used are usually of a non-political nature
and would attract little attention if they were placed on display in any bookshop.

Rodrigo Garcia Trevino., director of L& official organ of the Trotekyitc
group in ibxico.

This group has always been in a bad financial condition and dons not have f nds
for propaganda or other activities. As a result, Lucha Jbrorza appears only at
irreglar intervals, although it is supposed to bo published trice a month.
