10 It was learned on 16 November 1949 that the troop camp of the
25X1 ::Ii:RDB2 (N 53/3: 79) troop training grounds had been enlarged to
the north beyond IHE3D}'HOFO The previous three troop camps had
been merged into one large camp by additional con otruction0

covered an area of about 2 'xzj miles 0

stationed in the camp on the day of observation. German civi-
lian employees were seen with the co ip cadre personnel0

new troops, carrying carbines and rolled blankets had arrived in
the camp the preceding day.
Comment
a, I the enlargement of the troop carp
veer :i'i aDJR in November 1949. The numbers of trucks parked in
front of the camp kitchen indicate that the camp cadre personnel
were detached from a component unit of the 6th Gds Tank Div(Cadre).
b 0 The five hundred troops who arrived in late Nevcraber 1949 pre-
sumably were to be trained or employed in constriction work.
