The vice chairman of the Inner i-ongolian People's Autonomous Government at
.algan* is PM Ssu, a Communist ~,ongol just over forty years of age. He
handles all matters when YUA Tse is away.**
2. A meeting of more than forty delegates purporting to represent all mongol
groups, which opened in the latter part of January 1950, was still in
progress in Peiping on 20 February 1950, Their plans include the
establishment in r'eiping of a university which will specialize in the
study of !.,ongolian interests and culture.

was hawongga, reported I las holdi this position. The PAN Ssu
