THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
There is a central school at Prague to which elements selected from the
European Communist Parties are sent for instruction in new Soviet arms,
which would be parachuted to the partisans at an opportune moment, and
on the use of secret codes for military espionage.
2. It is believed that there is an office with a touristic cover at Prague
where partisan nuclei of '?lestern European countries are sent to complete
their instruction on partisan nilitary tactics.
