The execution of the plan will be impeded by the f ollouing circvnstanceo a. The new industrial "combine" at liohacs uill not be ready to start orerations on schedule in 1953 because of insurmountable difficulties in the production of crude iron, crude steel, and rolling-mill Products. b., There is a serious lack of moulded stool, special-quality noulded iron for 'iachinne tools, and heavy for sings. ca Too many machine tools are over age. d. There is a shortage of certain machine tools, especially horizontal boring n chines, heavy smoothing planes, automatic tool-machines, and fine precision boring machines. e? `here is an insufficient number of skilled laborers, construction engineers, and coranetent foramen. f, Great difficulties arise in the supply of those raw materials which have to T imported,, such as copper and zinc ball--bearings, ferro-alloys (chror. - aickel steel, chrome-vanadium steel,I molybdenum steel), and special tool nactiiinos for t''e production of cogwheels).
