Pilotage is compulsory and is carried out by the tug TRSTENIK. ps must heave to some three and one-half miles from the port and signal their position to the port authority. They are then towed into port by tug. A Set channel of approach exists, but its position and limits are not known. 2. Quays and "farehouses. There are 780 meters of quay space, including two betties and three wharves, with eight 2-ton cranes and three 5-ton cranes, one of which is of Hungarian origin. The cranes are operated electrically.
