Th a presence of jet planes is reported for the first time. The Dessau fighter units apparently are being re-equipped v.ith jet plane s. as has been observed at .almost all other Soviet Zone airfields occupied by fighter units. The arrival of a new unit was not noted. The 20 to 25-minute average flight tine seems to be the usual duration of practice flying0 the rra xi mum flight time is probably about one hour c; UEC CW.I.ROL/U6CF.FIClu Om Declassified in Part - Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2013/11/25: CIA-RDP82-00457R004800210011-1 50X1 50X1-HUM 50X1-HUM
