harbor begins at a point Latitude 44? 4/, North - Longitude 289 45'
Eant. The point is marked by a buoy with a white light, and
bearing the letter "A".
2. The channel leading through the Sulina mine field into Snlina harbor
begins at a point Latitude 45? 15g 8", North - Longitude 290 47? 9",
East. The point le marked by a buoy with a red light which flashes
every five seconds.
3. Pilot boats escort vessels from. these points into the harbors.
