THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
1. A large work project is in operation to construct a new highway linking
Moldavia and Transylvania. I'iork is in progress under Soviet direction
with Rumanian workers.
2r This highway will link Focsani with Targul SeKcuesc, passing through the
Vr`ahcei Mountains, Blasting is in progress in certain of the mountain
areas, and bridges are planned over the Milcovul and Patna Rivers and
also over some mountain ravines,.
