The following field , rsctices wwere observed,,
(1) An attack pv ctice involving about 400 inf'antryx!,en
and twenty-two T3 tanks in ttae area north of the
barracks on 11 February 1950. The tanks advanced in
to Naves at wide intervals. Fact. tank was follot-,ed
by 10 to 12 infantrymen, alx;;ost exclusively armed with
subma ch ine guns. (4)
(2) Seventeen T3J4 tanks, three Shchuka tanks and six
SU-76 S:r guns were seen in the area west of the Flak
Kaaserne on 2'3 February 1950 k)
