The tenth session on 14 July t'ras devoted to the formation of a federation of organizations reiresented at the conference. The federation is to be called the All-China Federation of Writers and Artists. Draft regulations for the federation and measures for election of its central committee were adopted, It was followed by a cocktail party for all the delegates,, given by the north China Politburo, government. and military control commission, and the Peiping China. Democratic League, Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee+? and ?dorkers? and Peasants" Democratic Party. 1.f6., The conference concluded with a day-long discussion of candidates for the central committee on 15 July, elections on the 16 and 17 July, and a closing session on 19 July under the chairmanship of FENG Hsieh-feng, KUO Mo-jo summarized the accomplishments of the conference, and the members of the 1 tral of the All-China Federation of Literary and Art Workers were announced l'7.
