THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
Nguyen Duo N y, Ho Chi Minh Government representative in Bangkok, continues
to reiterate that the Viet Minh forces will mount an all-out offensive in
the near future. According to Quy, the Viet Binh is continuing to organize
the guerrilla forces in Laos and Cambodia, which could be used to coordinate
with a vigorous main attack south from Tonkin.
