Without exception., these Greeks would prefer to return to Greece V f they were gr`a ted. an amnesty and given assistance in rebuilding their homes and farms which, for the most part, have been burned down or partially destroyeed0 20 The nationalist movement in Macedonia currently has very little following. The older generation have remained either pro-Serb or pro-Bulgarian, and although a majority of the younger generation recognize Macedonian nationa.lK# sm, it is disunited in this ideology.
