1, It is reported that the icecutive Commission of the Partido Socialista de
Uiearagua (PSI.) has been engaged in setting up a clandestine radio station,
The preparatioe are being careftfy ceded, but source was able to learn
that those involved in the technical work are Nicolas S.ino, and the two
sons of L;dmundo its C dlloo S-andino, a radio technician., is an active
member of the PSN? Leets, vlho is prominent in the PSN, works for the
mesa do Luz y Fuerza ] ectrica0 His sons are radio ex thusiasts,

is reported2y lows, The Executive Commission and PSN leaders have learned
that the Guardia Civil is mare of the existence of the station, and that
they have been trying to locate it* However, all concerned appear to be
satisfied that the Guardia has been unsuccessful thus fare
Ct0 The Guardia Civil at first believed that the unregistered
atation was broadcasting from within Nicaragua, At present the Guardia
is inclined to believe that the ktroadcast comes from across the border in
Honduras,, In any case, they do not appear to associate the station with
the PSN,
