OF PAGES 1 Thailand 1. Approximately 100 Chinese Communist agents have infiltrated among rice mill workers in Thailand. These agents appear to be the advance guard of a Chinese Communist force which may begin an active offensive at the end of the rainy season or at the end of the year. 2. Chief of the Chinese Communist agents is 0w Kim Jeng, a former officer in the 49 Division. Some of these agents have been reported along the northern Thai border, but the majority are concentrated in Bangkok and Thonburi.
