2. Truck freight torragge for 1950 is estimated at 1,997,043 tons. Passenger bus
travel is estimated at 1?105,757, totaling l,b40,245,950 kilometers over
6,1.,5,798 kilometers of road. The number of cars to be repaired is estimated
at 11,235.
3. Freight to be carried by ships in 1950 is estimated at 1,204,826 tons and
passengers at 691,902, traveling a total of 3,669,344 miles. It is estimated
that 1,107 vessels will require repairs.
