In. cloud flying., for instance,, if the pilot takes his eyes from the artificial horizon for a moments he will probably find that one wing haz dropped without his feeling arq reaction on the controls. In rough weather a considerable amount of strength is needed to hold the rudder controls and,, if a small amount of ice forms,, the machine vibrates excessively.
