The following inforr ation on troop e;uarters was obtained up to ?i;ece-ber 1949. The ca' p was located on the !Li perimeter of Siemla- nowice, near a coal rune on the western side of the road to aichalkowice (,, 51/1V 57). The installation consisted of eight former Gerv?an i eioh Labor .ervioe eantorv ent buildings, two large, lowni, brick buildings located outside the canton:-nt and still occupied by civilians, and several utili- ties buildings. 2. Polish troops gradually moved into the cantonient after July 1949. They, numbered about 800 by Decem- ber 1949.
