1. No ch?angea were observed in the occupation of the Saal-
feld (r.1 51IJ 53) barracks.
20 Several 15-:-ran groups left the barracks for the tar!7et
ranr;e on 20 April 1950, Four croups of soldiers held
close-combat practice with wooden rifles in the bar-
racks yard.
3. Small croups of tanks were recently seen leavin for
the tank training- area at Rotor Berg, The tanks
usually left at nirhto
4, Four tanks with infantry personnel wearing black-
bordered crimson epaulets squatting on them moved to-
ward Rotor Berg on 22 April 1950,

units of e 39th Oda PMtz Rifle Div (120th Oda t4tz Rifle
Regt and 15th (Ode?) Tank SP Regt) were still at the
post on 22 April 1950, Several reports evidence that
component units of the 39th Gds I.ttz Rifle Div started
a eiavin,, for the Ohrdruf troop training grounds in mid-
