THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
1. Because. of the lack of "Hydrokellag", the production of the Al 4 and Cl 1
25X1 tubes vas stopped. As a result, orders ,or one million of these tubes could
not be filled; the "HydrokoUag" produced at Siemens Plania in the RussLan
25X1 Zone proved unusatAe, since the tube rejection rate rose to 5Q O
2, There is furthermore a shortage of alum!acrn oxide used for the lining, of the
annealing furnaces. F'ireclayy used as a substitute was unsatisfactory and
crumbled easily. Bottlenecks also resulted from the lack of suitable
