This line is double-tracked, with wooden sleepers laid on a bad of broken atones. In the Vrutl station, the sleepers are metal. b. Vrutky-.Divial y From Vrutlcy onward, the line is singly -tracked, with wooden sleepers on a bed of broken stones. 'Between Turciansky svaty 11artin and Divialsy, there are two temporary wooden bridges and two large tunnels. Diviaky Zvolen. Between Tiorni. Stubm and Kremnica, there are three tunnels Past Kremnica in another tunnel ithich was out through unfirm ground havinn a tendency to sink; it became necessary, therefore, to build large rei.nforce- ments to protect the line. Zvolen is the.j".nction for the Banska Bystrica line and has a marshalling yard, engine sheds and workshops. Betti"n Zvolen and Viglas there are a number of small bridges and tunnels, and bKrivan, there is another tunnel. Lucenec is the junction for the lines coming; from Rungary and from Bratislava, Czechoslovakia e. Lucenee--Lenar ov. Connecting these two places are two large temporary wooden bridges and a number of small ones. 2. Lenartov-Plesivec 1 ine. There is one large bridge over the S Jana River. 3. Zvolen-Banska Bystrica-U?largecary-Kosice line. This line is single traclaad through oitt, with =oden sleepers on a bad of broken stones. Banska Bystrica is the junc- tion for the line from Diviaky and has engine sheds. On the line between Banaka BBstrics and Cervena .Skala are two large metal bridges over the TIron fiver, Be- tween Cexvena .Eels and Ladova Jaslcyna Is a tunnel which ascends in three spirals before it ends just before Ladova Jaskyna. Between Ladova Jaskyna and Mnisek there is a wooden bridge over the Hnilec River, and the line runs along a cut in the side of the mountains. Between 11niaek and rTargocsny there is a wooden bridge over the IInilec River.
