THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
IN A vast propaganda campaign for the execution of the :olotov Economic Plan
has lately been in progress in the satellite countries. This socialistic
plan promises the people that it a very short, time everything they need
will be on the market, except that they must be patient until the plan
is in full operation. It is charged that the Lolotov Plan is being delayed
in the satellite countries because of sabotage by the reactionaries. A most
resolute strut,gle is therefore being ordered against the saboteurs of the
plan, the foremost of whom are the kulaks (rich peasants) because of their
refusal to give up their produce to the state. Charges are also wade
against those who consider the rarshall Plan better for the people than
the Molotov Plan
2. In Hungary and Rumania and probably in the other satellite countries as
wells no positive results of the L?olotov Plan have yet been. observed.
Every day the i.larkets become emptier as the peasants do not bring their
produce to .iarket, and the jrices of the necessities of life are increasing
constantly.
