1. Ro.hi Minh does not want any considerable number of Chinese from Communist
C'.na to enter Viet Minh controlled territory in Indochina because he
.ears that they would take over control of the Viet Vinh from him and
engulf his forces.
Tarn Thoai*, Viet Minh purchasing agent in Bangkok, visited the Fah Dan Thai
Company, Ltd.**, three times during June 1950, but he did not make any
purchases. The Fah Dan Thai Company, which is at 377 Siphya Road, has a
large stock of Soviet manufactured products, including cameras, sewing
machines, and radio equipment. 25X1A
