96-52, 33-01)* and Tibet, with two groups of between five and ten thousand
persons each, using followers of the Panchen Lama.** These groups have won
good will by the distribution of gifts and food. They are followed by a
group of twenty to thirty thousand, who are building a road suitable for
motor traffic.***
