The Andar Company, sells most of its merchandise below cost. To
date., the Company has tin unsuccessful in its efforts to rush the sale
of Tsingtao beer, a product of North China. CHUA1 G Shin ping,4 the man-
tiger f the Hong Kong office of the Andar Company, recently arrived in
l3artgkok to attempt to revive the Company's lagging sales
2., The Andar Company had an account at the Bangkok Bank in the name of Kow
Kink (Koa Kiaws', Koa Kiek, Joh Jiek), one of the Company's directors,
Oollection of Andar's sccounts receivable from Hong Kong debtors is
marked by lens thy delays and many Bangkok creditors of the Company are
unable to collect bills owed there,
At present, kidar has less than 100 baht on deposit at the Bangkok Bank.
It is believed that the firm may have transferred its funds to the Union.
