25X1X On 15 June 1950 a military train consisting of flatcars loaded with
tanks and heavy guns was observed at Sindel which is 7O kilometers
southwest of Varna. This train carne from Dobrich, north of Varna. It
was learned that this train did not go to Sofia but it was believed that
it went in the direction of Karnobad, west of Burgas. A few days later
another military train consisting of :18 flatcars loaded with tanks and
guns was seen at Sindel and also was not destined for Sofia. Military
trains moving toward Sofia and ! ?estern Bulgaria travel at night,
