1. Four thousand Chinosr Communist troops of the 393 Battalion, 1.31 Division,,
and the 394 Battalion., 132 Division, are stationed in Canton.
2. One thousand troops of the KwaanCtung Kwangsi Column are on police duty in
Canton. Six hundred are stationed as follows:

c. A military petroleum duV of the Central China Oil Company is in the
districts of Fang Feng Yang (JA, )~ IA ) and Pai lIsien Kuo.
d. An industrial. depot of the Provincial Industrial Department, Iluaber 94
Feng Ming ( s ) Road, contains heavy machinery and some military
equipment.
