On 17 August 1950 Soviet troops with red bordered black epaulets were observed in Vienna only in the Trost Kaserne, at the garages on Pernersdorfer-- s3tracse and on 'Windtensstrasse near the water tower. (1) 2. The Albrecht Kaserne and the 'ilhe]. Kaserne, Vienna, were occupied only by guard details wearing motor transport insignia. (1) Or. 1L. August 1950 the barracks in :4ag,ran (P 49/X 45) seemed to be occupied to capacity by troops wearing red-bordered black epaulets with tank, motor transport, signal and artillery insignia. Eight 85-mm AA guns and six 37 mm .AA guns were in the barracks yard. 5. Only guard details with rod bordered black epaulets were observed in the Pioneer Kaserne and at the engineer equipment depot, Klosterneuburg (0 49/S 30)? on lit August 1950.
