The main gate was closed and was opened only if needed. 2. The southern billeting area of the barracks installation at the air- -field, previously housing tank troops, was occupied by only a ward detail. The western billeting area, previously housing; engineer troops9 was quiet on 13 August 19150. According to a laborer, the engineer com- pany was often away from the area for several days. The northern billeting area was still occupied by a repair shop cc.t r1eny.
