1. The entire youth of the national minorities of Yur'oslavia has been mobilized
into "national minority brigades" which are attached to labor camps carrying
out forced labor projects. These brigades are made up primarily of Albanians
and Bulgarians, as veli as Hungarians, alovaks, Rumanians, Russians, et cetera.
These labor camps are actually concentration camps where work Is conducted under
very difficult conditions.
2. The best known camps of this type for the Albanians from the Kosovo and ;??etohla
rep
ion are located as follows:
At Otahovo, 1$20 persons.
b. At Debar, in the chroce mines; 350 Albanians.
c. At Trepce, in the mines; 1,803 Albanians.
d. At Decani; 2,600 Albanians.
3. The Greek minority and children of the former Markos partisans live in so-
ca].l ed colonies an'i Feol.l es' Clubs (Narodni dorm), where they are trained in
the spirit of the Tito retlm.e, The children are taught Serbo-Croatian for
four hours per day and cork four additions) hours in the field. They
are forbidden to speak in their mother tongue.
