On 2 September 1950, the "Coordination Committee" of the Genoa PCI
Federation met at Party headquarters. Present were Aldobrando Adamali,
Giorgio Cigalini, Ebo Ruiz, Olivo Busonero,, Gue?rino Bavosi, Giordano
Miserocchi.. Massimo Petazzoni and Giusep.M1e Chiarotti.
2. Speaking for the Federation, Ademaro Porcelli informed all present of
the following action to be taken in the event of a general strike;
a. Cell chiefs and activists must occupy the plants day and n_ght,
organizing regular duty schedules;
bb0 The squads formed for th'l.s purpose must. constantly watch to see that
the strike is observed by all workers. In addition, all responsible
leaders must see that the ordors given by the political sections to
the above named squads are scrupulously observed; and
C. Workers and activists must avoid any sort of provocation against
the Italian police forces and their agents-provocateurs,
