Vietnamese refugees in northeastern Thailand are training in marching,
running, and other physical exercises. :ill able bodied Vietnamese men
in northeastern Thailand between the ages of 13 and 35 will be recruited
for service with Viet ?inh forces in Laos.*
Combined Lao-Issara-Viet ::inh forces are now carrying on guerrilla warfare
near Vientiane. The morale of Vietnamese refugees in the :Jougkai area
of northeastern Thailand is very high.**
