From the ~3rlin-~wa ;debar railroad line a rotating; searchlight,
located near Lskc Flaue (N 53/Z 23) or on an island in the lake,
was seen at 9:5O p.m. on 9 October 1950, .f The searchlight was
rotating countorclockv7iee at a rate of 15 rovo].utions per, pinute;.
The bean of the searchlight was pointing up lard at an an,-,,le of about
30 0,, The searchlight was in operation for, bout one minute, then
turned off for two to three minutes. Theca operations were observed
for about ton minutes.
2. No jet fighters with straight wings worn observed at the Brandenburg-

1250. also the jet fighters with swept-back wings and light blue
markings, which wore previously observed, were no longer seen, i,p~
Four jet fighters with swept-back wings were refueled from a tank
truck. It took ten minutes to refuel one y lane. after refueling,
three of the planes took off in rapid succession,. At the starting
of the jet engines only the noise of jet engines was heard..
