..ccording to Nguyen Due r!uy, co i '.y:fh representative in Bangkok, the
Viet :'inh organization in Thailand has been ordered to give as much support
as possible to the forces of Iio Chi ' ?inh in southern Indochtia. The Viet
inh in Thailand and Burma are to coordinate their arms procurement
activities in this effort. guy states that the Viet =*inh Purchasing
Bureau in Burma has been extremely successful in acquiring arms, but that
they are encountering difficulties in transporting the material to
Indochina.
`'uy states that the Free Cambodians now control an area with a population
of one million, exclusive of Vietnamese.
