The Financial Coimnittee of the Central Political Affairs Yuan:r recently
instructed the China Foodstuffs CorrpSany :* to establish four large food-
storage centers at Ssnp1 angchieh, Kal gan, HHat'ikos'q end Chungking. `f hcese
centers are to store current grain levies for reshipment and distribution.
They will also hold. a definite quota of grain for military needs.. which will
