1? On 31 October 1950 it was observed that Carip llar::rnelsprin , in the
Terrrolin (N att/U 31) area consisted prirmarily of small wooden
barracks, each about 23 meters l onc, L to 5 peters wide and
capable of accommodating about 30 soldiers. The barracks had roofs
of rail l.uraber, some covered with tarpaporo hoot of the barracks did
not have chimneys. There were several storage sheds, wooden garages
and parking lots scattered over the entire camp area. There ;were
some large wooden buildings in about the center of the camp Those
were apparently a motion picture theater, ?eesshal1, and officers a

lanes which had been packed solid by traffic. The windows of about
90 percent of the barracks were boarded up

The JS tank and the two trucks belonged to the 25th Tank Div,, probably
