THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
Through the Nan Kvang Trading Company in Macao, Chinese Communists pur-
chased in Hong Kong seventy 6-cylinder Dodge and Ford trucks, forty of
which arrived in Macao at the end of November.* Drivers were hired in
Macao to deliver the trucks to Chiangmen (113-16, 22-34). The trucks will
be sent to Tunghsing (107-58, 21-33) for use by the Viet Minh as part
of the Chinese aid program.
llommt. The Hong Kong Government has put no restrictions on the
ezpor of such vehicles.
mom. The Viet Minh plans to take Hanoi by the end of 1950 or
the end of January 1951 at the latest.
