THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
1. On 15 December T7 4 Ta hui vices -chairman of the Central
and South China Military and Administrative Commission,' ordered all
universities in the Central and South China area to register with the
Central and South China military authorities all students who are
fluent in English. The students will be sent to Korea as soon as
possible as interpreters for the Chinese Communist Arnsy.
2. The Central and South China military authorities are urging female
students in colleges and universities to go to Korea with the "Frontline
Shouting Squads-" The squads will shout pro-Communist slogans and,
speeches in dish through megaphones to American troops in the front
lines.
3. On 20 December twenty-six anti-aircraft machine guns and forty-five
30 mmw and 25 mm anti-aircraft guns arrived in Canton from the north
on the Canton-Rankow Railroad. On the same day they were sent to a
warehouse in the tithamroa area. On 21 December representatives from the
Kwangtung River Defense Headquarters removed from. the warehouse 12
anti-aircraft guns, and representatives from the Kwangtung Military
District removed 26 anti-aircraft guns.
